CORE VALUES

Radical Responsibility. We are autonomous. We have an attitude of “I am in control of my results.” We OWN our KPIs. We do not place blame. If we mess up, we accept it and go the extra mile to make amends. We do not limit our minds: It is always a matter of ‘how,’ there is no ‘if.’ We do not make excuses!

Teamwork. We have positive attitudes. We are always willing to assist others on the team, even if the task doesn’t fall within our job description. We maintain a demeanor of service and graciousness, prioritizing the health and goals of Pillario, and we know when to ask for help. The goals of Pillario as a whole outweigh any one position’s individual mission.

Work Hard/Play Hard. We don’t fixate on the clock; the goal is to accomplish all of our daily tasks. We go the extra mile to ensure quality and completion. We all have the ability to manage our time and priorities. When long hours are required, we accept that and adamantly complete our tasks.

We take time for ourselves and our families with appreciation for the support and flexibility of Pillario. We know the value and the importance of being individuals - complex ecosystems that we are continuously working to develop, both personally and professionally, and we know that Pillario desires to support this development. We honor the priorities that are more important than work, such as health and family. We support a team culture and are enthusiastic about “non-work” events.

Impact Focus. We show integrity in the work we do. People over Projects. This means that we focus on supporting our personnel, we listen intricately, and we are willing to sacrifice our own energy, time, and resources for the betterment of individuals and communities. We believe in good, hard work thus we uphold a standard that ensures a quality home and living environment. We understand the impact of managing people’s homes and we work to do this in the most honorable way.

Open-Communication. We know it’s critical to have healthy transparency, so we expect, and we welcome open communication. This is an inclusive approach where all parties (supervisors, team members, owners, vendors) are encouraged to provide clear communication, thorough expectations, and concise feedback. This is both tactical and emotional: Clear is kind; Clear and concise communication is the ‘backbone’ of our organization.
